October 2014 - The custom home at Lot 24 in Versant designed by Retro+Fit Design and built by Red Tree Builders won the Parade of Homes Gold Award for it’s price category, the innovation award and the Energy Star Award.
October 2014 - The semi-custom home designed for Lot 24 in Thoms Estates designed by Retro+Fit Design and built by Living Stone Construction won the Parade of Homes Silver Award for it’s price catagory, the Green Certification award and the Viewer Choice award.
October 2014 - The custom spec home at Lot 5 in Falcon Ridge, designed by Retro+Fit Design and built by Osada Construction won the Silver Award at the Parade of Homes for it’s price category.
