THE STATE OF MY LUNGS AND FEVER DREAM SERIES 2022
In 2022 I had a brush with death and spent 47 days in the hospital. Much of the time I was on a ventilator in a medically induced coma where I had very vivid drug induced fever dreams. These two painting series are my attempt to try and understand the fever dreams as well as trying to come to grips with my own mortality after a near death experience.
