ARCHITECTURE AND TRAVEL SKETCHES
Since 1986, when I first left my home to travel the world, I began sketching the worlds greatest architecture as I traveled. I learned from a travel companion on my first international journey the joy of stopping for an hour or less in the travels and sketching what I was experiencing in my sketchbook. I have continued the sketching for the last 40 years, sometimes sketching in “plein air” and sometimes sketching later based on photography that I took. These are some of my favorites.
